ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the mechanism of the active compounds in Banxia Houpo Decoction treating tension type headache through network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods:The potentially effective components and targets of Banxia Houpo Decoction were screened by TCMSP, and the action targets of tension type headache were obtained by GeneCards, PharmGKB, TTD, Drugbank and OMIM. The intersection target of "Banxia Houpo Decoction - tension type headache" was obtained by Perl software. The protein interaction network was uploaded to STRING database and topological analysis was carried out. With the help of Cytoscape 3.8.0 software, the visualization network of "Banxia Houpo Decoction - medicine ingredient-Target-tension type headache" was constructed, and the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersection targets were carried out by using R 4.1.0 language and related programs. The AutoDockTools-1.5.6 software was used to complete the molecular docking analysis. Results:There were 33 intersection targets in Banxia Houpo Decoction and tension type headache. Topological attribute analysis suggested that MAPK1, TP53, ESR1, PTGS2, MYC, CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and GSTP1 might be important potential targets of Banxia Houpo Decoction in the prevention and treatment of tension type headache. GO enrichment analysis showed 516 cell biological processes (BP), 62 cell components (CC) and 149 molecular functions (MF). KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that there were 94 related signal pathways, such as cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, Cholinergicsynapse, Serotonergic synapse and TNF signaling pathway. Conclusions:Banxia Houpo Decoction has multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway characteristics in the prevention and treatment of tension-type headache. It mainly acts on 5-HT synaptic pathway, TNF signal pathway, cholinergic synaptic pathway, G protein coupled receptor pathway and other pathways through ESR1, TP53, PGTS2 and other multi target.

ABSTRACT

[Objective]This paper, extraction of neijing, the difficult sphygmology in two classics of ideas, together with new work in today's pulse field, forms a set of relevant clinical practice, with the effective pulse diagnosis thought.[Methods] In this paper, track through three parts to il ustrate, extract the sphygmology in the two classical ideas, one is in neijing with two different sphygmology systems-three nine-hou pulse methods and the single pulse method and detailed analysis of both the scope and specific link; The second is the analysis of the doctor's classification of pulse in classic and detailed work, skid, extract the information from pulse condition normal y in three dimensions;Three is to expand the research of pulse, and combine with modern micro pulse, with integrated positioning.[Results]Combing the pulse in the classic thoughts, the overview of the level of pulse, expand the pulse of modern research.[Conclusion] By tracing back, on the basis of the traditional inheritance and innovation of pulse, the integrated use of a variety of methods, respec-tively from the physical, mental, physical, personality and psychological experience, always analysis in patients with multiple dimensions, real y from the shape, godlevel analysis and judging the overal condition of a person, wil be in the role of the four diagnosis highlighting and benefiting future gener-ations of pulse, in order to provide help for sphygmology lovers.

ABSTRACT

[Objective] To explore how to use music therapy to treat insomnia. [Methods] Through the analysis of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine theory, reflect on the pattern of the TCM therapy for insomnia, excavate the tune theory in Neijing, with unique angle of view to explain music therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine five psychological states of disorder in the concrete implementation plan of the music therapy. [Re-sults] Chinese medicine five kinds of psychological disorder of music therapy treating insomnia provides a good way of thinking, different psychological dis-order states corresponding to different melodies of music therapy, the system in the treatment of insomnia. [Conclusion] The emerging treatment of music therapy is to be carried forward, as a kind of special treatment, has been accepted by more and more people, the five kinds of TCM psychological disorder states in detail dividing the specific psychological insomnia, has played a guiding role to the design of the music prescription.

ABSTRACT

Huang yuanyu imperial theory is the core theory of circle, has had a huge impact on later age, he thought the gas is a part of qi in the human body, the gas of the upper abdomen spleen and stomach is the main in the human person and plays a decisive role in the process. In the middle burner, the middle qi is produced, which makes circulation, and changes to wood, fire, liquid and gold, known as thefour states;Four states, with mutual transforma-tion, change, suddenly a circular formation, cal ed the circle, in the circle, the viscera, spirit, Qi, blood, five flavors and sensations are converted, al are from the Qi circulation and change;only with ful middle Qi, harmonious and smooth 4 kinds of Qi, wil the human body have orderly Qi circulation and be healthy. On treatment, pay attention to advocating Yang and Yin suppression, medication dexterity and curative effect, therefore, it is necessary to carry out the clinical research to highlight the scholars of traditional Chinese medicine.

ABSTRACT

[Objective]This paper aimed at discussing the application of pulse in the clinical through the analysis of medical cases by Wang Mengying. [Methods]Revisited the theory and practice of pulse in the medical cases of Wang Mengying and discussed Wang's experience in the clinical application of pulse in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as protration syndrome and cholera.[Results]The pulse is better than the other three in the diagnosis of patients with etiology and pathogenesis.Pulse can reflect the situation of patients ’etiology and pathogenesis. The process of disease can be plumbed through pulse diagnosis. [Conclusion] Ancient doctor attached great importance to the pulse,it can guide our clinical practice better through the study of pulse in modern clinical work.
